Join the team
Every member holds a named role. Nobody is paid. A new chapter opens with Chapter Lead, Deputy Lead and Outreach Editor, and adds List Builder, Follow-up Clerk and Records and Hours Clerk as it grows.
Three roles open a chapter. Chapter Lead, Deputy Lead, Outreach Editor. The Chapter Lead runs the weekly session, holds the timer and works with the Teacher Advisor. The Deputy Lead holds every credential from the first day. The Outreach Editor reads every email before it is sent, every one.
If your school has a chapter, ask its Chapter Lead which role is open. To start a chapter, get the principal’s written approval and a Teacher Advisor first, then write to HQ from your school account, with your Teacher Advisor copied, through the contact page.

45 minutes a week in session, at lunch. The work is done in the session, in pairs, never as homework.
